 Ask the children to write about a time when they faced a moral dilemma. What   did they have to weigh up before they could decide on the best course of   action?

 Role play in pairs the decision Sam had to make. Take turns to be Sam or his   friend or relative. Encourage Sam to reach a decision by asking some or all of   these questions:
 
            What's the best thing that could happen? What's the worst thing that could happen? If it was you being bullied, what would you want a witness to do? How do you think you'd feel if you did nothing? How do you think you'd feel if you went to the police station?  |
